All About Betsey Johnson

Betsey Johnson was born in Connecticut, but her fun and fabulous prints are now internationally known and celebrated. This famed designer’s career began when she took a chance and entered the Mademoiselle Guest Editor Contest. To her amazement, she won!

From there, Betsey Johnson’s career was off and running. She did a one year stint as an in-house designer for a Manhattan boutique called Paraphernalia and was inducted into the Fashion Walk of Fame in 2002. She has designed fashionable couture outfits for a slew of celebrities, including:
