• Talcum powder will be dusted over the area to be waxed.
• Warm or hot wax will be spread on the genital area in sections. The wax will probably be covered with cotton cloths.
• The aesthetician will then remove the strips of cloth, with the wax attached, in one smooth motion. This may be pretty painful. This will be repeated with each section.
• Any stray hairs will be removed with tweezers. If you already chose a patch of hair to remain, this can now be trimmed and shaped.

Be advised that you really want to consult a licensed professional for this procedure. This isn’t like an eyebrow tweezing; painful complications can result if done by someone who’s not as knowledgeable about this process as they need to be.
