About Longitude Swimwear
The Fight for Fit
Are you full figured or perhaps a bit longer in the torso than the average woman? Then you're probably familiar with the need to tug your bathing suit back into place at least 50 times every time you wear it. Sometimes it's the straps falling off your shoulders or digging in too hard. Other times the bottoms ride up uncomfortably because your suit doesn't have enough give. Whatever the scenario, it's just plain uncomfortable, so why put up with it?
Longitude swimwear was created to give plus sized swimmers a better option. The suits are cut with fuller dimensions and are available in long torso models. They actually cater to your figure, so you no longer have to make due with a swimsuit you have to stretch out to get into. What a relief!
Sizing
Sizing for Longitude swimwear covers a large range of figures. Keeping in mind the longer torso length, you can choose from sizes 8 through 16 Misses, and from 16-34 Womens.
Figure Flattering Features
Longitude swimwear offers support features right where you need them the most. Each suit is fitted with a soft cup bra to provide lift without the discomfort of an underwire. The suits also feature tummy control panels for a smooth and curvy look. Longitude doesn't try to hide your assets; they help you show them off to the best advantage!
Find Your Fashion
When some women hear the words "plus sized swimsuits" they immediately see visions of staid black or navy one piece swimsuits, and they think boring! Not so with Longitude. You're bound to be pleasantly surprised by the updated designs and fabulous colors and patterns. You don't have to be a model to look like one in these suits. Let's take a peek.
- Check out this adorable polka dot Tie Swimdress. Swimdresses have become all the rage this season, and should fare well next season too. You can choose from white or sexy pink polka dots. The suit also has plenty of contouring features, plus wide straps that won't cut into your shoulders.
- If you prefer a more athletic style suit, perhaps you'll like Longitude's Jogger. The suit is a two piece, consisting of a tank top with scoop neckline and comfy full-cut shorts.
- Longitude's Spiked Leaves Surplice is a work in pink florals set against a black background. The suit has a modest V-neckline and scoop back, and the legs are moderately cut to give the illusion of greater length without sacrificing rear coverage.
- Looking for a slightly flirtatious one piece? Try the Ruffle Tank. The upper half features hot pink dots, while the bottom piece is solid black. Both halves are joined on the diagonal to minimize hip width, and the suit is completed by a sassy row of pink and black ruffles. If hot pink doesn't suit you, this swimwear also comes in periwinkle blue.
- Longitude's Macrame one piece proves that black doesn't have to equal boring. This swimsuit is cut to fit a long torso, but it sure doesn't look like it. The mid-section features a gathered waist belt with gold disc accent that actually heightens your waistline. The legs are also cut slightly higher on the hips to balance your proportions.

-- Contributed by: Jacqueline DautajI love the Longitude Dots One Piece Tie Front Swimdress with the wide straps. It is the perfect swimdress length for my 18W plus size body, and I love the sweetheart neckline it creates. I would love to see more patterns in this same design other than dots. The Tallulah one piece has a gorgous print up top--make it into the tie front swim dress!!

Unfortunately, as I told Kristy, that information is not readily available on the Web. Please contact the place where you bought the suit. They should be able to help. We're so sorry this happened and wish you the best of luck in resolving this!
