Born in Mexico, Salma Hayek is of Mexican, Lebanese and Spanish decent. Being in the spotlight might have been in her blood; her mother was an opera singer. Raised a Catholic, Salma attended the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Louisiana, but she was eventually kicked out due to behavioral problems.
