ViX Swimwear first hit the beaches in 1998, and swimsuit fashions haven't been the same since. To put it quite simply, these suits are gorgeous, with a glamorous attention to detail and embellishment that is hard to match in other designer swimsuit collections.

The driving force behind ViX is designer Paula Hermanny. Being from Rio de Janeiro, Paula is at ground zero of the South American swimwear revolution that brought us the ultra sexy Brazilian bikini that managed to make the standard string bikini look tame in comparison.

Paula Hermanny Collection

  • The Tunisia bikini is a stark white creation that could never be described by the word "plain". This darted halter bikini top with Brazilian cut bottom is embellished with square turquoise and gold accent pieces at the breast bone and hips, giving this suit a particularly "Bond Girl" feel.

The Sofia collection at ViX Concentrates on fun and flirty swimwear for active young women.

  • Let's begin with the Princess bikini. This suit features a brightly colored bandeau top with a sequined flower power motif. The solid deep pink bottom comes in a scoop style for more coverage.
  • The Bubbles two piece, a hot pink number featuring sky blue polka dots is definitely for the young and sassy. The suit displays ViX Swimwear's usual attention to detail with metal ring connectors, and handkerchief hip ties.
  • Kim is a study in simplicity that comes is several variations. Warm, bold shades of pink and blue are banded across your choice of either a ringed bandeau or long triangle top, with either a full or Brazilian cut, tied bottom piece.
