Hi Please help...,

This is terrible news! Did you explain to them that you are on vacation? I think you should contact them back and tell them that the very least they can do is to replace your suit! I wish we could help more, but if you threaten to write a letter to their company head (and promise to tell all your friends not to buy their suits) they may be able to help. I bought a beautiful Janzen Classics RNJ7966 CA00158 80% Nylon 20% Spandex 100% Polyester. 054839193617 Q9SSOO36 557 SU3989 705188 I bought it from HotHeads on St. Croix U.S.V.I.and paid over $90.00 for this suit. I brought it back and she said to put it in vinager. I am on vacation for 5 months here, and I shouldn't have to do this. Will you please help me? I'm sorry for that unfortunate incident- it must be very frustrating! Unfortunately, we do not have anything to do with the company- it's best to contact them directly to share your story and get that deserved refund! Please see the last paragraph in this article for the official Jantzen website, or better yet, take the suit back to the original store if you happened to purchase it locally. I recently purchased a Jantzen "classics" swimsuit at Marshalls in Rochester, New York. After wearing it approx. 3 times it stretched out considerably leaving me unable to wear it. I paid about $29.95 for it. I use it for senior citizen water aerobics classes and needless to say I am very disappointed with the quality of this suit. The reason I bought it was because I have had Jantzen suits before and was very pleased with them. If you desire, I will mail back the suit to wherever you want me to as it is useless to me. Please refund me my purchase price or send me credit toward a new suit. Thank you

I'm not sure if there is a specific Jantzen store in Oregon, but Macy's does carry the line, so try checking there. Thanks for the question and good luck!

I'm trying to find a store for jantzen swimwear in Portland Oregon. 97214. Where can I go to find a reasonable collection? there used to be a jantzen store downtown but no longer and I can't find out if it just moved somewhere else or closed. thanks, kathy
