Men of today have few options when it comes to swimwear. It's either boardshorts or.....boardshorts! I myself opt for the bikini-style suits (briefer than a Speedo)for a variety of reasons (comfort, vanity , and being somewhat "rebellious"). I occasionally like to enjoy the "fruits of my labor" (time spent in the gym). I'm proud of my physique , and not ashamed of my "manhood" (as no man should be!). Although I have not made it to the beach the last two summers , the style of suit I prefer makes an excellant choice for lap-swimming (no "drag"). I believe if more men were fitness-minded , this style of swimwear would be common , especially for men in my age-range (twenty-ish).

very true max. smaller suits are so much more comfortable both in & out of the water and great to tan in. also adds just a little more fun for trips to the beach or pool. fortunately, i have a girlfriend who likes them too.

iI find my bikini way more comfortable than any shortstyle shorts have too much drag.
